A new month brings new drawings. Here are the first set of drawings for August. It's not always easy to keep it up daily, but I'm trying my best.

Last weekend was the the final session of my ceramics class. Well, actually, it should've been the week earlier, but our instructor couldn't make it to two of the classes and felt sorry for us, so she added a bonus class. I'm sure glad she did that because I needed the extra session to finish applying glaze to my pieces.
It was nice to be able to pick up some the pieces that had already been fired. The photo above are my ceramic piggy banks. Everyone seemed to like the metallic looking glaze. Can't wait to pick up the rest of my work later. I'm looking forward to sleeping in on Saturday mornings, but I already miss the idea of not having a place to get my hands dirty. it was amazing how fast 4 hours would fly by during class. Hope for more to come. My blanket is finally starting to come together. Exciting to see the pieces lined up after working on individual squares for such a long time.
