My goal was to use up all 25 pounds of clay and I did it! The image above is of my clay babies from the summer. Okay, I admit it, a lot of the clay was also wasted during wheel throwing.
The pieces that have color or are whiter have been fired once. The next class is the final class; it's when I'll have a chance to apply glaze.
Last year, I completed 21 pieces during the summer session; this year I did 16 pieces. It was such a crazy rush last year trying to glaze all those pieces on the last day, that I learned my lesson. Looking forward to painting on the glaze.
