Now that we have our clown personas, I think this will be the real chance to experiment and learn about clowning. The first class was really a chance to get a glimpse at clowning, but we didn't have much time to really dig deep and apply what we learned except for the final open class where we did the exercises that we did earlier but in our clown persona.
Lessons learned that I'll try to keep in mind going forward in the next class:
1) Plan but remember to keep
2) It's okay to fail, just keep trying
3) The clown lives in his/her own world with its own rules
4) Have moments of stillness
5) Commit 100%
6) The audience is your scene partner; connect with them
7) Be playful
8) Keep eye contact
9) Make sure you have room to build your story
10) Share your emotions with the audience.
11) Let the emotions show on your face
12) Breathe. Connect. Share.
