It's always a treat to visit the museum, but I don't as often as I would like. It can be tiring to meander through the crowds trying to enjoy the art while reading up on the art.
Finally made a trip to the SFMOMA today to see the Munch exhibit. I enjoyed the exhibit. I always like it when an artist has a specific style that makes it recognizable as belonging to them and Munch's work certainly does that.
After a museum visit, I always leave with a strong motivation to do some art myself instead of just consuming ideas, but unfortunately, I rarely get around to it.
