The garage is usually a cold, dark, and creepy place in the house. To lessen the creepiness factor, I decided to paint the mailbox with some design.
It didn't really matter what the design was. I just wanted to add some color and use up some leftover paint.
After debating between some pattern designs, I ultimately ended up with a kid-like cartoon drawing of some tulips thriving under a smiling sun and blue skies with fluffy clouds. If you look closely, you might even spot a bee flying around.
It didn't take me much time to do this. I wasn't overly concerned with quality. I just wanted to add some cheerfulness to a drab corner of the garage. On to the next project!
