If you've read my previous posts, you'll know that my goal was to complete seven paintings this year. I was busy with Clowning class earlier this year, but am taking a break this summer, so it was my opportunity to start working toward my goal.
I finished two paintings this weekend, so I have five more to go. It's totally possible to reach my target number, but I have to focus my energies. I recently purchased my first easel, so we'll see if that helps me stay active with painting.
The above two paintings are an exploration of the primary colors, circle and curvy shapes and collage. I'm finding that I like to work with mixed media.
